REFUND POLICY

At QuickTabHub, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. We strive to deliver services efficiently and professionally. However, please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.

By using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may request a refund. Refunds will be considered only if:

  • The request is made within 5 days from the date of applying for the service.

  • The reason for refund is genuine and verified after our internal review.

Refund requests made after 5 days from the date of application will not be accepted.

Once a refund is approved and initiated from our side, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.

Refund will be provided only if we fail to deliver the service due to reasons solely attributable to QuickTabHub after proper investigation.

To request a refund, the applicant must send an email to the official support email address provided on our website.

Important Refund Conditions

  • Refund will not be provided once the service has been partially or fully completed.

  • Charges for processing, payment gateway fees, administrative fees, and manpower costs are non-refundable.

  • Any amount paid to government departments or third parties (such as filing fees, statutory charges, taxes, etc.) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Refund will not be granted for time and effort already invested in processing your service.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer changes their mind after purchasing a service, QuickTabHub will not be liable to cancel the service.

If a customer requests to put the service on hold, the paid amount will be held for a maximum period of 1 year from the date of payment. After this period, the amount will not be valid.

Before processing any refund request, we reserve the right to make our best efforts to complete the service.

In case the service is not completed after receiving a refund request, the following charges will apply:

Cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government or any third party

This means 20% of the total service fee, along with any portion of the fee already earned and any government or third-party charges paid, will be deducted before processing the refund.

Uncontrollable Factors

Certain services depend on approvals, responses, or actions from government authorities or external agencies. Therefore:

  • Approval or rejection by government authorities

  • Technical issues on government portals

  • Government delays or backlog

  • Changes in law or regulations

are beyond the control of QuickTabHub.

Delays or rejections caused by such external factors are not eligible for refunds.

Force Majeure

QuickTabHub shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, storm, cyclone, etc.)

  • Acts of God

  • War, terrorism, or armed conflict

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Government orders or legal restrictions

  • Strikes, lockouts, or labour disputes

  • Technical failures beyond our control

Such events shall not make QuickTabHub liable for refunds or compensation.

Changes to This Policy

QuickTabHub reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page periodically for any updates.
